Jesús El Buen Pastor
Es Jesús el buen pastor, como un día él mismo lo dijo
Es el padre y es el hijo y es el consolador
De la fe es el autor, el Cristo, el crucificado
Es el mesías, es anhelado, El Salvador, el humilde
El perfecto, el invisible, el maestro y el abogado
Es Jesucristo el primero, el más sublime en grandeza
De la iglesia es la cabeza, es el esposo, el postrero
Hijo de hombre y cordero, es el señor de la mies
El alfa y omega es, es el buen samaritano
Él es el justo y el santo, admirable y el juez
Es el lirio de los valles, el altísimo y veraz
El príncipe de la paz, predícalo y no desmayes
Por ningún motivo calles, si estás enfermo él te sana
Y como aquel cordón de grana, trajo a rahab salvación
Y alumbre tu corazón, cual estrella en la mañana
Es Jesucristo, el consuelo, es el amado, el hermoso
Él es el justo, el piadoso, que nos conduce hasta el cielo
Por eso, con tanto celo, de él contamos la historia
Porque nos dio la victoria sobre el pecado horroroso
Es el todopoderoso, hermanos, ¡démosle gloria!
Es el león de Judá de esa tribu el verdadero
El amigo, el consejero y su nombre hay salvación
Él es la resurrección en él, el alma descansa
Le cantamos alabanza porque como él ninguno
Porque nuestro Dios es uno y una nuestra esperanza
Jesus the Good Shepherd

The author of our faith, the Christ, the crucified
He's the messiah, the one we long for, the Savior, the humble
The perfect, the unseen, the teacher and the advocate
It's Jesus Christ, the first, the most sublime in greatness
The head of the church, he's the husband, the last
Son of man and lamb, he's the lord of the harvest
The alpha and omega, he's the good Samaritan
He is the just and the holy, admirable and the judge
He's the lily of the valleys, the most high and true
The prince of peace, preach him and don’t lose heart
For no reason should you be silent, if you're sick, he heals you
And like that scarlet cord, he brought Rahab salvation
And light up your heart, like a star in the morning
It's Jesus Christ, the comfort, he's the beloved, the beautiful
He is the just, the pious, who leads us to heaven
That's why, with such zeal, we tell his story
Because he gave us victory over the horrendous sin
He's the all-powerful, brothers, let’s give him glory!
He's the lion of Judah, the true one from that tribe
The friend, the counselor, and in his name, there’s salvation
He is the resurrection, in him, the soul finds rest
We sing praises because there’s none like him
Because our God is one, and our hope is one too.
