swimming in the shallow end

wading through the daily mire
safe and sound - uninspired
walking the well trodden line
you won¹t get lost but you won¹t find

enough for some - i want more
what does not kill me make me stronger
what does not fill me makes me hunger
feel that drive - deep inside
feel that drive - come alive
living in the comfort zone
you won¹t get hurt but you won¹t know
what it is to be alive
what it means to feel that drive
hunger drives me on
i hunger for intelligence
i hunger for experience
Hambre
nadando en la parte poco profunda
no te ahogarás pero no vivirás
caminando a través del fango diario
seguro y sano - sin inspiración
caminando por el camino trillado
no te perderás pero no encontrarás
nada que no se haya encontrado antes
suficiente para algunos - yo quiero más
lo que no me mata me hace más fuerte
lo que no me llena me da hambre
siente ese impulso - profundo adentro
siente ese impulso - cobrar vida
viviendo en la zona de confort
no te lastimarás pero no sabrás
lo que es estar vivo
lo que significa sentir ese impulso
el hambre me impulsa
