What I Did Not Do on My Summer Vacation
I learned how to drink whiskey
Finally wore my cowboy boots in
Took one of them Japanese inner peace classes
Took my canoe out for a spin
I fixed the drip in the bathroom faucet
I fixed the brakes on my bike
I fixed the dog too, but that was the hardest
You know what that's like
Been a good summer
Got a lot done

Had lots of fun
I took a trip to Wasaga beach
I went windsurfing, I got sunburned
Read the newspapers so much these days
So much it seems I've learned
I called you once but the line was busy
I bought you a birthday card
Finding one that was appropriate was actually not that difficult
But sending it was hard

I stayed away from some parties
I bought a few LP's
I taped them - oh yeah, I bought a walkman too
I treat TV like it's some disease
I'm eating healthier than ever now
As much as my budget will allow
I bought a t-shirt that says I'm With Stupid -
Can't seem to put it on somehow
