Lindas noites de estrelas cintilantes,
Que no céu nos convidam a contemplar,
Nas manhãs, o sol nascente tão brilhante,
Com crescente luz a irradiar.
Dias d'Ávila de um semblante tão fecundo,
Seu caulim e água nobre a fluir,
Dando áurea salutar a todo mundo,
E grande futuro a conduzir.
Em outros tempos, velhos tempos que passaram,
Feira Velha, das boiadas e currais,
O Imbassay sempre sereno aos que sonharam,
Dando tantas curas naturais.
Capuame foi seu nome mais antigo,
Santos Titara nasceu nesta freguesia,
Que voluntário combateu o inimigo,
Pela independência da Bahia.
