The Rain (My Tears?)
I sleep my days away,
they are so pale and grey
that I can not bear their sight.
And the stars
no longer shine to me
and I no longer remember the colour of the sky.
I see no leafs fall,
no flowers grow
nor hear the birds sing.
Only the rain (my tears?)
gets into my cold realm.
The sun and the moon
seen unknown to me.
And I wonder;
is this the cause
of unrepaied love
or am I just dead?
La Lluvia (¿Mis Lágrimas?)
Duermo mis días lejos,
son tan pálidos y grises
que no puedo soportar su vista.
Y las estrellas
ya no brillan para mí
y ya no recuerdo el color del cielo.
No veo caer hojas,
no crecer flores
ni escucho cantar a los pájaros.
Solo la lluvia (¿mis lágrimas?)
entra en mi frío reino.
El sol y la luna
me resultan desconocidos.
Y me pregunto;
¿es esta la causa
de un amor no correspondido
o simplemente estoy muerto?
