Moisés entendeu
Que a presença devia ser
A sua prioridade
E declarou
Se a tua presença

Do meu lugar

Do que vale o meu pregar

Then I remember Moses
Who saw the sea part
Also saw the people cross
Witnessed the Lord
Destroy Pharaoh right there in the sea.
And even with the deliverance
And even with so many miracles
Moses understood
That Your presence should be
His top priority
And declared:
If Your presence
Isn't with me
Don't make me even leave
My place.
If Your presence

Don't let anything
I try to achieve.
If Your presence
Isn't with me
What’s the point of my preaching
And my singing?
If Your presence
Isn't with me
It makes no
Sense for me to exist.
I need Your presence
In me.
