Everybody in my life has been changing
Am I the only one that's still star gazing
Is this what it means to grow up

Everybody has a job in the city
They're working nine to five and dinner's eight thirty
But I'm still around with my folks
I grew up believing that practice makes perfect
My mama she told me that one day you'll see it
These days it's getting harder when everybody's giving up on their dreams
