las masas de campesinos se han levantado en armas.

Los milicos le persiguen y quisieran que acabara

El primer día de enero bajaron de las montañas,
guerrilleros zapatistas para lanzar sus proclamas.

y a lomos de su caballo toda América cabalga.
Los hijos de mil derrotas, y su sangre derramada,
van a reescribir la historia, y han empezado por Chiapas.
