La Magdalena el domingo al sepulcro marchó
De madrugada

Y echando a correr llegó a casa de Pedro y contó
Del sepulcro han llevado al Señor
No sabemos dónde pueda estar
Y corrieron a ver lo ocurrido Pedro y uno más
Buscaban al resucitado

Quien con más prisa corrió
Llegó y sin entrar al sepulcro los lienzos miró
Tirados al suelo

Y aparte doblado el sudario que cubrió al Señor
Cuando el otro discípulo entró
Comprendió la escritura y creyó
Que Jesús ya no está entre los muertos pues resucitó
Buscaban al resucitado
