The Expo

Jesus Ojeda y Sus Parientes

La Expo

Era una mañana muy soleada
Le eche un grito a mi plebada
Y me fui a despavilar

Fui a la mentada expo agro
Esa que año con año
Se pone aqui en culiacan

Eramos varios en caravana
Punteros y avanzada
Retaguardia bien cuidada

Y cuando yo desendi del carro
Jamas ubiera pensado
De esa anonima llamadaa

Le echaron el pitaso a los guachos
Por ai va el mini licenciado
Anda junto con varios muchachos

Con chaleco y cachucha negra
Y tambien trai dos radios colgados

Cuando supe que era yo la presa
Se me vino a la cabeza
Que me tenia pelar

Me fui caminando al parqueadero
Cuando varias camionetas
De sooldados fui a topar

Rapido me di la media vuelta
Chabelon mande una alerta
Ven por mi yo soy el blanco

Consegi un raite improvisado
Pasando la ley del valle
Me recogio un carro blanco

A lo que yo me estoy refiriendo
Esque ami me pusieron el dedo
Primo liebre andaba conmigo

Pero no les salio bien la trampa
Por el monte me les fui escurriendo

The Expo

It was a very sunny morning
I shouted at my crew
And went to wake up

I went to the damn agro expo
The one that every year
Is held here in Culiacan

We were several in a caravan
Point men and advance
Rearguard well guarded

And when I got out of the car
I never would have thought
About that anonymous call

They blew the whistle on the cops
There goes the mini lawyer
Walking with several guys

With a vest and black cap
And also carrying two radios

When I found out I was the target
It came to my mind
That I had to split

I walked to the parking lot
When several trucks
Of soldiers I ran into

I quickly turned around
Sent a signal to Chabelon
Come get me, I'm the target

I got an improvised ride
Passing through the valley law
A white car picked me up

What I'm referring to
Is that they pointed me out
Cousin Liebre was with me

But their trap didn't work out
Through the mountains I slipped away
