Tramaram, planejaram, articularam, arquitetaram
Só porque Daniel tinha intimidade com o Grande
Observaram, procuraram alguma coisa, algum defeito
Algum erro, algum vício
Mas nada encontraram porque Daniel serve um Deus vivo
E andava em sinceridade com seu Deus
Já que não acharam nada contra Daniel
Inventaram uma lei pra afetar servo fiel
Que durante 30 dias ninguém podia orar a nenhum Deus
A não ser ao rei
Pois sabiam que Daniel gostava de orar e com muita malícia
Convenceram o rei a assinar
Depois de decretado, ninguém poderia revogar
Mas ele não tá nem aí e continuou orando
Correndo perigo e continuou se ajoelhando
Ameaçado, mas com Deus estava falando
Quem tem negócio com o céu estaria incomodando
Daniel orava e incomodava, fazia a diferença e incomodava
Pois o crente que ora e faz a diferença incomoda

They watched, searched for something, any flaw

But they found nothing because Daniel serves a living God

Since they found nothing against Daniel
They made up a law to target the faithful servant
That for 30 days no one could pray to any God
Except to the king
Because they knew Daniel loved to pray and with great malice
They convinced the king to sign
Once decreed, no one could revoke it
But he didn’t care and kept on praying
Facing danger, he kept on kneeling
Threatened, but he was talking to God
Whoever has business with heaven would be causing a stir
Daniel prayed and stirred things up, made a difference and stirred things up
