Things Like You

Johnny Albino

Cosas Como Tu

Cosas como tu, son para quererlas;

Cosas como tu, son para adorarlas.

Porque tú y las cosas

Que se te parecen,

Son para guardarlas en mitad de el alma

Un rayo de luna, que nos acaricia;

El perfume de una rosa desmayada;

La fuente del patio

Que nos da frescura,

Son cosas que tienen

Tu gracia galana;

Por eso son cosas, de inmensa poesía;

Cosas que llevamos

En mitad del alma

Yo llevo tus ojos que son dos luceros,

La miel de tu boca linda sonrosada,

Tu boca, tu pelo, tus manos de gloria;

Cual calcomanía en mitad del alma

Things Like You

Things like you, are to be loved;

Things like you, are to be adored.

Because you and the things

That resemble you,

Are to be kept in the middle of the soul

A moonbeam, caressing us;

The scent of a faint rose;

The fountain in the courtyard

That gives us freshness,

Are things that have

Your graceful charm;

That's why they are things, of immense poetry;

Things that we carry

In the middle of the soul

I carry your eyes that are two stars,

The honey of your lovely rosy mouth,

Your mouth, your hair, your glorious hands;

Like a decal in the middle of the soul
