El Carranguero
Ah
Señores voy a contarles tratando de ser sincero
Y en la que yo me metí por andar de carranguero
Y no es que sea oficio malo porque yo he visto que es bueno
Lo que pasa es que hay que ser avispao y no pendejo
Un sábado en la mañana 2 de diciembre por cierto
Cuando por aquellas vainas de ser uno como atento
Me encontré con Valeriano quien me salió con el cuento
Que arriba en morro caliente dizque un toro se había muerto
Y más por no ver la herida que saber de qué murió
Llegué al sitio en dos doliones para cerciorarme mejor
Pregunté por el carrango el joven me respondió
Que ya lo tenían colgando pa'que no le diera el Sol
Como en otras ocasiones ya había hecho yo el favor
De llevar otros carrangos dónde pagarán mejor
Faustino que era el dueño me planteó la situación
Y quedamos en que al rato volvería con el camión
No recuerdo si fue él o si de pronto fui yo
Él que puso el negocio que por fin se realizó
Lo cierto fue que el señor de su carrango salió
Y a mí me tocó el encarte del que el hombre se salvó
Y pa'completar la cosa y acabarla de rematar
Lo negociamos a oscuras sin ver el color fatal
Color que por el camino de rojo pasó a morado
Y un olorcito señor como de perro mojado
Algo yo ya presentía por eso no me fui solo
Lleve a Tiberio también por aquello del si de pronto
Y menos mal que fue así, porque pude compartir
Las peripecias de un viaje que no vuelvo a repetir
Llegamos con el Carrango y en eso de las 10:30
Y dimos la vuelta e plaza, buscando alguien pa'la venta
Yo si veía que las gentes por las calles nos miraban
Lo cual me dio mala espina y para pa'ver la vaina
Comprendí rápidamente el porqué de las miradas
Y les confieso señores que a mí me dio como vaina
Lo que no me explico aún, es cómo saco las patas
Si las teníamos envueltas en cuero y en la carpa
Menos mal recuerdo ahora que al pasar por el cuartel
La policía no vio nada porque yo iba a más de cien
Que si vamos más despacio o se me ocurre parar
Ahí estaríamos toavia junto con el animal
Nos fuimos buscando un cliente y hasta en los pueblos vecinos
Y ya estabamos dispuestos ya a tirarlo po' el camino
Y en eso de la 1, regresamos nuevamente
Al pueblo donde un carrango, dicen que nunca se pierde
Nos paramos a la entrada como esperando un milagro
Hasta que por fin un loco preguntó por el carrango
Lo miró como quién mira una cosa sin querer
Y yo que me saraciaba para que se fuera con él
Y así se va terminando la historia que comencé
Porque el loco se hizo cargo y en verdad no sé por qué
Lo cierto fue que perdimos mucho más de por mitad
Pero había que realizarlo ya como diera lugar
Y si aún quieren saber de la pérdida completa
Exactamente que fueron, 2340 se perdió pero nos queda
De un carrango la experiencia costosa como un berriondo
Pero al fin y al cabo buena
Y si la canto yo aquí es pa que tengan en cuenta
Que un carrango no se compra sin antes mirar la fecha
Porque puede suceder como a mí me sucedió
¡Que por ser fin de semana, el carrango se perdió!
