Llegó el momento de vivir de recuerdos
y descartar las historias que no pude contar..
De salir corriendo con la roja en la mano,
sin nada de nada ni nada de más..
Me están buscando por un crimen que no he cometido,
he recorrido ciudades escapando a la ley,
vomitando en el vaso lo que dejó el fracaso,
y ahora ése efímero estado real!
Me pongo nervioso, desperte mis sentidos
de éste viaje de vida que vuelve a empezar,
hoy vas a correr, mañana a correr..
acá todos saben que el rocanrol es así..
Sigo dando vueltas sin salir del paso,
montado en mi rock no lo puedo dejar,
esperando escucharme o que alguien me diga,
en donde tirarme o nunca parar..
El progreso me arrancó de insaciable desgano,
y el futuro ha llegado,yo no me acostumbré,
rescatando de tango lo que deja de fango,
con los nuevos berretines no me quieren aquí..
Me pongo nervioso, desperte mis sentidos..
Y si te digo que vagando así yo tan mal no la paso,
te cambiaría toda mi sangre por seguir haciendo así,

The time has come to live off memories
and discard the stories I couldn't tell..
Running out with the red in hand,
with nothing at all, nothing more..
They're looking for me for a crime I didn't commit,
I've traveled through cities escaping the law,
vomiting in the glass what failure left behind,

where to go or never stop..
Progress tore me away from insatiable apathy,

rescuing from tango what turns into mud,
with the new whims they don't want me here..

And if I tell you that wandering like this I'm not doing well,
I'd trade all my blood to keep going like this,
