thought i had to go away to get the gold, never thought i could find it here at home
the disease is traveling through my bones, but soon i'll be healing where i was born
where everything is far and you need your car, but where it is fine to be who you are

so instead of going some place i don't belong, i'll stay at the same place i get along
i can't compare you to places that i go

la enfermedad está viajando por mis huesos, pero pronto sanaré donde nací
donde todo está lejos y necesitas tu auto, pero donde está bien ser quien eres
es algo pero no mucho comparado con... (x5)
así que en lugar de ir a un lugar al que no pertenezco, me quedaré en el mismo lugar donde encajo
cuando te comparo con los lugares a los que voy
y si te dejo, es por la alegría de volver a casa (x2)
