A verdade todos falam que querem a verdade
Mas eu vou falar com sinceridade
Muitos preferem se enganar com a mentira
Porque não suportam a verdade

A verdade é que Jesus está voltando
E muitos estão brincando com a sua salvação
A verdade é que estamos alegando
Amar um Deus que nunca vimos sem amar o nosso irmão
A verdade é que pregamos santidade
Com muita eloquência, mas sem santificação
A verdade é que tem gente confundindo
Ministério e chamado com autopromoção!
A verdade é que crucificamos Pedro
Por submergir nas ondas e a incredulidade de tomé
Mas, na verdade, nos falta sinceridade
Para pedir a Cristo que aumente a nossa fé
Se o povo quisesse a verdade
Aceitaria a Cristo e não a barrabás!
Se o amor fosse maior que o dinheiro
Judas não entregaria aquele a quem dizia amar!
Se a verdade fosse a prioridade
Até nossas mensagens teriam que mudar!
Calaríamos a nossa vontade
E ouviríamos o que Deus quer falar!
A verdade, ninguém vem a mim sem a verdade!
Eu quero um povo que me ame de verdade!
Do que adianta o erguer de suas mãos
Se na sua adoração não houver sinceridade?
A verdade no falar! A verdade no ofertar!
No fechar dos olhos para o meu nome adorar!
Seja verdadeiro quando assumir o meu altar!
E não fale em meu nome se eu não mandar!

For sinking in the waves and Thomas' disbelief
But, in truth, we lack sincerity
To ask Christ to increase our faith
If people wanted the truth
They would accept Christ and not Barabbas!
If love were greater than money
Judas wouldn't betray the one he claimed to love!
If truth were the priority
Even our messages would have to change!
We would silence our will
And listen to what God wants to say!
The truth, no one comes to me without the truth!
I want a people who truly love me!
What's the point of raising your hands
If there's no sincerity in your worship?
The truth in speaking! The truth in giving!
In closing your eyes to worship my name!
Be truthful when you approach my altar!
And don't speak in my name if I didn't send you!

The truth when praying and using my gifts!
To reach me, you must enter the way
Receive life and live the truth!

The truth is that lies are just the opening
For the devil to have a party and cause destruction!
The truth is that God is angry
With those who ally with lies and defend them!
It's ugly to see a lying sinner
But what's worse is that there are liars with the name of believers!
There's no holy lie or little white lie!
A lie is a lie and will never bless anyone!
Jesus is the truth!
