Un día me encontré una fama en la esquina de un café,
la ví sola
y retraída por eso la levanté,
y seguí por mi camino con la fama que encontré sin saber lo que podía suceder...
Esta fama era glotona por su forma de comer,
no había sandwiches ni tortas que calmaran su avidez,
y se fue poniendo gorda de tanta necesidad, esta fama era glotona de verdad...
Con la fama fuimos juntos recorriendo la ciudad,
la gente la saludaba:
Hola, fama ¿cómo estás?...
Y ella fue creciendo tanto, le costaba caminar, esta fama me empezaba a molestar...
Pero un día tempranito me fui solo a caminar...
La gente me saludaba, sólo era cuestión de amar,
y agarré toda la fama y la puse en un rincón chiquito
y calentito en mi corazón...
