El Sucesor
Aquí tienes estas llaves
Desde hoy es tuya la tienda
Trata de ser cauteloso
Y nunca la desatiendas
Este negocio es muy bueno
Para que un día se pierda
Tenemos ya mucho tiempo
Comprando y vendiendo todo
Tú como el sucesor
Tendrás que seguir mis modos
Así pase lo que pase
Vas a controlarlo todo
Como es grande la familia
Cambiamos de presidente
Cada 6 años lo menos
Y tenlo tú muy presente
Si no se cierra la tienda
El pacto sigue al corriente
Que disfrutes de tu puesto
La tienda queda surtida
Nomás tapa el ojo al macho
Por si algún día te investigan
Al primero que la pierda
Le puede costar la vida
No puedes vender la tienda
Tampoco cambiar de socios
Recuerda que por 100 años
Ha sido nuestro negocio
No te vaya a suceder
Lo que le pasó a Colosio
Cuando se llegue aquel día
Te pasará otro las llaves
Procura que el sucesor
Conozca muy bien las claves
Pues si se pierden las riendas
Nos van a dar en la mano
The Successor
Here you have these keys
From today the store is yours
Try to be cautious
And never neglect it,
This business is very good
So that one day it is lost.
We have been a long time
Buying and selling everything
You as the successor
Will have to follow my ways
No matter what happens
You will control everything.
How big the family is
We change presidents
At least every 6 years
And keep that in mind
Otherwise, if the store closes
The pact continues in force.
Enjoy your position
The store is well stocked
Just cover the eye of the male
In case they investigate you someday
To the first one who loses it
It could cost him his life.
You can't sell the store
Nor change partners
Remember that for 100 years
It has been our business
Don't let happen to you
What happened to Colosio.
When that day comes
Another will pass you the keys
Make sure the successor
Knows the keys very well
Because if the reins are lost
They will give us a hard time.
