Porque solo serían felices, en el lugar de otra persona)
¿Qué es lo que andan preguntando, ratas de mil agujeros?
Cuando se nota su envidia, se les sale por el cuero
Y para no envenenarse, tienen que hacer lo del perro
Dime de lo que presumen, y les diré que carecen
El Sol por más que calienta, en las noches no aparece
Pero a aquellos vanidosos, ni el diablo, los favorece
Solo mi sombra me sigue
Por donde quiera que yo ando
Aquel que siga mis pasos, tendrá que irme respetando
Que a la mitad del camino, puede quedarse llorando
Gocen la vida si pueden, en vez de andar de celosos
No es mejor el que ha llegado, ni el que se cree más que el otro
Si no el que hizo la vereda, por donde andamos nosotros
Solo la olla bien sabe, los hervores que está echando
