The Battle
What am I here to find out?
What lesson should I learn?
This seems to elude me
No matter what I do
The answer doesn't really exists
It is something you can never know
Something you shouldn't know
Why do I keep looking?
I see people spending their whole lives looking
Missing out on the few years they have
Wasting away trying to understand
This rhetorical question of life
Has it been me versus the rest?
This struggle has beaten me from the inside
No winner in this battle
Just another broken man
What have I not learned?
Spent my time, my life
Trying to break the sphere
But just tiring and sitting
Why must I choose my place?
I thought I knew it
But then the battle began
And I had to choose

¿Qué lección debo aprender?

No importa lo que haga
La respuesta realmente no existe
Es algo que nunca podrás saber
Algo que no deberías saber
¿Por qué sigo buscando?
Veo a personas pasando toda su vida buscando
Perdiéndose los pocos años que tienen
Desperdiciando tratando de entender
Esta pregunta retórica de la vida
¿Ha sido yo contra el resto?
Esta lucha me ha vencido desde adentro
No hay ganador en esta batalla
Solo otro hombre roto
¿Qué no he aprendido?
He pasado mi tiempo, mi vida
Tratando de romper la esfera
Pero solo cansándome y sentándome
¿Por qué debo elegir mi lugar?
Pensé que lo sabía
Pero luego comenzó la batalla
Y tuve que elegir
