Você parou numa encruzilhada
E da caminhada você desistiu
Parou a viagem, desceu a bagagem
Lhe faltou coragem e não prosseguiu
Os teus companheiros foram insistentes

Colocou-o nos braços e levou a cruz
E iluminou todo o seu caminho
Tirou os espinhos, afastou o mal
Não existe dor que não ameniza
Quando vem a brisa em forte temporal
Você vai se sentir tranquilizado
Porque ao seu lado o Pastor está
E segue na frente com o seu cajado
Despreocupado você vai andar
E quando chegar lá no paraíso
Rever os amigos que passaram por ti
Você vai dizer aos seus companheiros
Graças ao Cordeiro eu também venci
Crossroads
You stopped at a crossroads
And from the journey you gave up
You halted your travel, set down your baggage
You lacked courage and did not proceed
Your companions were persistent
They pressed on without looking back
Some have already reached their destination
And are already heirs to the Father's kingdom
Just like you, I know there are many
Who did not go along, for the cross weighed heavily
But Jesus returned, seeing your failure
He took you in his arms and carried the cross
And He illuminated your entire path
Removed the thorns, drove away evil
There is no pain that doesn't ease
When the breeze comes in a strong tempest
You will feel reassured
Because by your side the Shepherd is
And He leads ahead with His staff
Without worry you will walk
And when you arrive in paradise
To see again the friends who passed before you
You will say to your companions
