Patito caminaba junto al mar
Viendo un barco listo para zarpar
Todo parecía tan normal

Patito walked along the shore
Watching a ship ready to explore
Everything seemed calm and right
But something was about to change that night
A man stepped in without looking back
As if escaping something he lacked
Patito felt deep inside
That this story held something wide
The sky began to darken fast
And the wind kept growing strong and vast
Patito saw the sea roar loud
Endless waves, a fearful crowd
And in the middle of the fear
Something spoke within his heart so clear
Patito saw something unfold
God at work upon the cold
Even if he couldn't explain
He knew it was His voice again
The storm would not slow down
The whole ship shook around
The man said: It's because of me
And fell into the raging sea
Patito watched without a breath
As something rose from ocean depth
A giant fish surrounded him
And in silence all grew dim
Three days in the dark unknown
And a prayer began to be shown
Patito saw the sea grow still
A path formed by trust and will
And in the middle of the pain
God revealed His love again
Patito saw something real
That no words could truly reveal
When someone chose to return
And listen to His voice and learn
In silence he understood
You cannot run from God for good
And even when you cannot see
He will always answer faithfully
Patito saw the sea divide
Not by strength, but faith inside
And through everything that came
God was never gone or hidden away
Patito saw and came to know
That God is always there below
Even when someone tries to flee
He calls them back so lovingly
