Desde pequeño soñaba volar
Mirando las estrellas al despertar
Con su casco brillante y traje espacial
¡Patito despega, rumbo celestial!
Cuenta regresiva, cinco, cuatro, tres
El cohete ruge y sube otra vez
La Tierra se aleja, brilla el azul
¡Patito saluda desde el cielo y el Sol!
¡Patito el astronauta va a explorar!
Planetas y lunas quiere visitar
Con su bandera y su gran valor

With his flag and his brave devotion
He carries his dream and his heart in motion
Floating gently with great emotion
He sees a shooting star and makes a notion
He recalls his school and its great advice

With golden helmet and gaze divine
From outer space he sends his voice

The lights are blinking, his voice declares
Being an astronaut was my dream to share!
