Pela manhã quando o crente sai da cama
E o joelho põe no chão
E começa a orar
E vai orando, vai orando, vai orando
E a presença do Senhor
Começa ele a sentir
E as suas lágrimas
Vão rolando no seu rosto
Porque sabe que o Senhor
Seus problemas resolveu
Levanta alegre, tão contente, satisfeito
Porque o Deus que ele serve
É o Rei, sim, Rei dos reis
Se você chora na presença do Senhor
Jesus recebe o seu pranto com amor
O céu se abre e a resposta dele vem
Sei que quando um crente chora
O meu Deus chora também
