Quando o crente se põe de joelhos,
A falar com o Senhor,
Muita coisa acontece ele logo esquece da sua dor.
Quando o crente se põe a orar e com o Senhor falar,
A noite termina, a tristeza se vai ele fica firme e não cai.
Josué orou e o Sol parou e ele venceu.
Elias orou e logo o fogo no altar ascendeu.
Daniel orou e Deus fechou a boca do leão.
O crente que ora nunca é derrotado não.
Ana orou e pediu um filho, então o Senhor lhe deu.
E um certo profeta orou pra chover e a chuva desceu.
E o rei Ezequias orou, pediu para viver mais,
E o Senhor lhe atendeu,
Como prova atrasou o relógio de Acaz.
Elizeu orou e o filho da sunamita reviveu.
Paulo e Silas oravam e cantavam,
E o cárcere estremeceu.
E Sansão orou ao Senhor e os filisteus destruiu.
A igreja orava e intercedia e Pedro da prisão saiu.
Prayer Is Victory
When the believer kneels down,
To speak with the Lord,
Many things happen, he soon forgets his pain.
When the believer starts to pray and talk with the Lord,
The night ends, the sadness goes away, he stands firm and does not fall.
Joshua prayed and the Sun stood still and he won.
Elijah prayed and soon the fire on the altar lit up.
