Samson

Matheus Iensen

O menino ficou grande e o Senhor o abençoou

O segredo do poder estava no cabelo
E acabou revelando o segredo do Senhor

Samson

Samson was a Nazirite boy
To deliver his parents from the hands of the Philistines
The boy grew up and the Lord blessed him
And he lived driven by the Spirit of the Lord

Samson killed a lion with his bare hands
And also killed a thousand men with a jawbone
And with three hundred foxes he made a great fire
But a little fox remained enclosed in his chest

The name of the little fox is called passion
For it has defeated many brothers
Samson saw Delilah and was soon defeated
Played at being tied up and ended up tied up

The secret of his power was in his hair
And with a carnal passion he lost his zeal
And ended up revealing the Lord's secret
He was taken captive and lost his eyes

Without eyes and hair and still tied up
He worked as a slave and was tortured
But one day he felt his hair growing
Realized that his faith was being revived

He was taken to play before the Philistines
But his heart was already turned to God
He raised his voice and said: Oh Great God
Strengthen me just this once, let me die with the Philistines
