Elk jaar rond deze tijd
Verschijnt deze donkere mist
Uit de graven komt het op
Om weer een leven te nemen dat
Dichtbij kan zijn
In het midden van Transsylvanië
Is al het natuurlijke leven al lang
Heengegaan, het is dun en zo
Mooi maar ook zo donker en mysterieus
Weer is de priester aan het rommelen
Moge God ons allen zegenen
De mist is weer hier
Die deze begrafenis compleet maakt
Van een plek leeg van leven
