Era uma vez uma história de love na cidade
De uma menina inocente e um homem de verdade

Ela saindo com as amigas, ele indo trabalhar
Num desacerto com o farol aberto, distraída

Dois bandidos encapuzados, queriam roubar

E de repente eu escutei o barulho de um tiro
Pegou no peito dela e os bandidos fugiram
Desesperado eu liguei para o resgate
Chegando lá o doutor me disse que era tarde
Que a bala foi fatal e isso fez ela morrer
Mas ainda dava pra salvar a vida do bebê

Once upon a time, a love story in the city

He was looking for a woman to love
And she was searching for a guy to date
One fine day, everything was about to change
She was out with her friends, he was heading to work
In a mishap with the light still green, distracted
All I could hear were the screams of her friends
"Girl, watch out, there's a car coming your way!"

I stopped my bike and rushed to help her out

Parking the car in the garage, a trap
Two masked thugs wanted to rob us
And with nothing to do, I said, "Take it all"
And suddenly I heard the sound of a gunshot
It hit her in the chest and the thugs ran away
Desperate, I called for help
When they got there, the doctor told me it was too late
That the bullet was fatal and she wouldn’t survive
But they could still save the baby’s life
