1st Peter
Praise be to God the Father of Jesus Christ
Who has given us new birth
Hope through a living Saviour
to receive salvation of our souls
Though we do not see
we believe and are filled with His glory
Just as our God is holy be the same
In everything you do
Love one another deeply from the heart in all sincerity
Now our faith and hope in Christ alone
may it rest completely
For all men in glorious splendor
Like a flower of the field
they will quickly fade away
But the word of the Lord remains

Alabado sea Dios Padre de Jesucristo
Quien nos ha dado un nuevo nacimiento
Esperanza a través de un Salvador viviente
para recibir la salvación de nuestras almas
Aunque no lo veamos
creemos y estamos llenos de Su gloria
Así como nuestro Dios es santo, sé lo mismo
En todo lo que hagas
Ámense profundamente unos a otros desde el corazón con sinceridad
Ahora nuestra fe y esperanza solo en Cristo
que descanse completamente
Pues todos los hombres en esplendor glorioso
Como una flor del campo
se marchitarán rápidamente
Pero la palabra del Señor permanece
