Meu irmão tu vai partir
Vai deixar aqui, a igreja do Senhor
Que um dia nessa vida
Ela que foi construída
Por você, com muito amor
O trabalho foi crescendo
E as almas convertendo, nessa igreja querida
Muitas vezes você chorou
E também se alegrou, pelas almas convertidas
Você vai embora
Pregar o evangelho, em outra cidade
Ganhar muitas almas, para a eternidade
Fazer o trabalho, de um bom cristão
O meu desejo, que seja feliz, nesta caminhada
Jesus te abençoe, na sua jornada
Sim vai com Deus, querido irmão
Foi com muito esforço seu
Que o trabalho assim cresceu
Para a glória de Jesus
Muitas almas que eram cegas
Já saíram lá das trevas
Hoje vivem em plena luz
Seu trabalho no Senhor
Trabalhando com amor
Ele não será em vão
Deus é justo e fiel
E lá no reino dos céus

My brother, you will depart
You will leave here, the church of the Lord
That one day in this life
It was built by you
With much love
The work was growing
And souls were converting, in this beloved church
Many times you cried
And also rejoiced, for the converted souls
You are leaving
To preach the gospel, in another city
To win many souls, for eternity
To do the work, of a good Christian
My wish is for you to be happy, on this journey

It was with great effort of yours
That the work grew like this
For the glory of Jesus
Many souls that were blind
Have come out of the darkness
Now they live in full light
Your work for the Lord
Working with love
