Brave New World
Everybody is demanding
a certain lust for life
eveybody wants to live in peace
(Wouldn't that be kind?)
but it's meaning just can't be
the counterpart of war
it's more an attitude of mind
repeated summit conferences
of the rulers on this earth
but is there any confidence
between these talk-talk-talking heads?
Is this the native place
for every man and every race
Is this a place for boys and girls
or just a brave new world?
So many people are denying
the threat of a new world war
they simply want to live their lives
(oh please no tears)
but this wording just can't be
the counterpart of death
life should be free from everlasting fear
but there've never been innocent
kings and leaders on this earth
only fear and ignorance
within these heads 'til holy death
Is this the native place
for every man and every race
Is this a place for boys and girls
or just a brave new world?

Todos exigen
un cierto deseo de vida
todos quieren vivir en paz
(¿No sería amable?)
pero su significado simplemente no puede ser
el equivalente de la guerra
es más una actitud mental
cumbres repetidas de conferencias
de los gobernantes en esta tierra
pero ¿hay alguna confianza
entre estas cabezas parlanchinas?
¿Es este el lugar nativo
para cada hombre y cada raza?
¿Es este un lugar para niños y niñas
o simplemente un nuevo mundo valiente?
Tantas personas están negando
la amenaza de una nueva guerra mundial
simplemente quieren vivir sus vidas
(oh por favor, no llores)
pero esta forma de expresión simplemente no puede ser
el equivalente de la muerte
la vida debería estar libre de un miedo eterno
pero nunca ha habido inocentes
reyes y líderes en esta tierra
solo miedo e ignorancia
dentro de estas cabezas hasta la muerte sagrada
¿Es este el lugar nativo
para cada hombre y cada raza?
¿Es este un lugar para niños y niñas
o simplemente un nuevo mundo valiente?
