i traced our names on my arms for weeks,
till i saw you perfectly
then with photographic stills
still the volume speaks on.
all these naked rooms, and the street lights shine in the yard.

Hasta el jueves, diré adiós.
Intercambiar palabras en papel, y esperarán que sean suficientes.
Enviaré algunas cartas cifradas en tinta
y música para que te duermas.
Tracé nuestros nombres en mis brazos durante semanas,
hasta que te vi perfectamente.
Luego, con fotografías fijas,
el volumen sigue hablando.
Todas estas habitaciones desnudas, y las luces de la calle brillan en el patio.
