de una chava de los comanches
con todo y plumas se enamoró.
Palomita la bauitzaron
era bonita como el sol
pero sus tribus se pelearon
y prohibido fue su amor.
El amor de palomita
y del oso corredor
fue un amor de siete lunas
que la guerra interrumpió.
A lo lejos se escuchaba
a los valientes combatir
viendo que nadie ganaba
se contentaron ya por fin.
Pluma roja y Halcón dorado
estrecharon su amistad
y con la union de sus dos hijos
fumaron pipa de la paz.

fue un amor de muchas lunas
que para siempre perduró.

The youngest of the Apaches
called the running bear
fell in love with a girl from the Comanches
with all her feathers.
They baptized her as Little Dove
she was as beautiful as the sun
but their tribes fought
and their love was forbidden.

was a love of seven moons
interrupted by war.
In the distance you could hear
the brave warriors fighting
seeing that no one was winning
they finally settled.
Red Feather and Golden Falcon
strengthened their friendship
and with the union of their two children
they smoked the peace pipe.

that lasted forever.
