Praise to the Lord, the Almighty,
The king of creation.
Oh my soul praise him
For he is thy health and salvation.
All ye who hear,
Now to his temple draw near,
Join me in glad adoration.
Praise to the Lord, who o'er all things
So wondrously reigneth.
Shelters thee under his wings
Yes so gently sustaineth.
Hast thou not seen
How all thy longings have been
Granted in what he ordaineth.
Praise to the Lord, who doth
Prosper thy work and defend thee.
Surely his goodness and mercy
Here daily attend thee.
Ponder anew what the Almighty can do,
If with his love he befriend thee.
Praise to the Lord, oh let
All that is in me adore him.
All that hath life and breath
Come now with praises before him.
Let the amen sound from his people again,
Gladly for aye, we adore him.

Alabanza al Señor, el Todopoderoso,
El rey de la creación.
Oh mi alma alábalo
Porque él es tu salud y salvación.
Todos los que escuchan,
Ahora a su templo acérquense,
Únanse a mí en alegre adoración.
Alabanza al Señor, que sobre todas las cosas
Reina de manera maravillosa.
Te resguarda bajo sus alas
Sí, te sostiene con gentileza.
¿No has visto
Cómo todos tus anhelos han sido
Concedidos en lo que él ordena?
Alabanza al Señor, que
Prospera tu trabajo y te defiende.
Seguramente su bondad y misericordia
Aquí te acompañan diariamente.
Reflexiona de nuevo en lo que el Todopoderoso puede hacer,
Si con su amor te hace su amigo.
Alabanza al Señor, oh deja
Que todo lo que hay en mí lo adore.
Todo lo que tiene vida y aliento
Venga ahora con alabanzas ante él.
Que el amén suene de su pueblo nuevamente,
Gustosamente por siempre, lo adoramos.
