Quando o Espírito desceu em Pentecostes
ao lado de Maria estava André,
Pedro, Tiago e Bartolomeu
também estavam lá
com outros para orar. (bis)
Quando o Espírito desceu em Pentecostes, oh! quanta gente ria.
E ao vê-los pela rua são bêbados, diziam.
Pôr isso não me importo hoje também.
