Don't sit by river
Aren't there to be picked up by poets who pass
To find them on bank
And I'm
Not built to deliver
When stepping stone love in need
Of a bridge or a plank
Youth
The stream so much wider
Thought you could slow down the flow
If you drank and you drank
Middle age
Still unable to find her
The words on the stone that you skimmed
So heavy it sank
The ripple
Hesitation creates
The unposted poem with message
So clear yet so blank
Love will come
Not to he who just waits
For mouthing from bank side seems safer
Than living in tank
Thoughs
We understand were preserved
Rotted and quickly moved on
To a less cluttered bed
Rust
Somethoughts never deserved
But treated no different to ones
You kept in your head
Couldn't master me a classical piece
My brain's well oiled buts its never been greased
Popular but not fighting for seats
Pays the rent but never the lease
Never classed as a work of art
Unlikely with the slowest of starts
Good progress if he ever tok part
Schooldays when you live by your heart
Those
Strong and able to survive
And so at the expense
Of fiction and art
Dissolve
Unnoticed to sea
As time eats the evidence left
That we even took part

No te sientes junto al río
¿No hay que ser recogido por los poetas que pasan?
Para encontrarlos en el banco
Y yo soy
No está diseñado para ofrecer
Cuando pisoteando el amor en necesidad
De un puente o un tablón
La juventud
La corriente es mucho más amplia
Pensé que podrías ralentizar el flujo
Si bebiste y bebiste
Edad media
Aún no puedo encontrarla
Las palabras en la piedra que desnataste
Tan pesado que se hundió
La ondulación
La vacilación crea
El poema sin publicar con mensaje
Tan claro pero tan en blanco
El amor vendrá
No a quien sólo espera
Para hablar desde el lado de la orilla parece más seguro
Que vivir en el tanque
Sin embargo
Entendemos que fueron preservados
Se pudre y se movió rápidamente
A una cama menos desordenada
Oxido
Algunos pensamientos nunca merecieron
Pero no se trata diferente a los
Te mantuviste en la cabeza
No podría dominar una pieza clásica
Mi cerebro está bien engrasado, pero nunca ha sido engrasado
Popular, pero no luchando por los asientos
Paga el alquiler pero nunca el alquiler
Nunca clasificada como una obra de arte
Improbable con el inicio más lento
Buen progreso si alguna vez tok parte
Días escolares cuando vives de corazón
Ésas
Fuerte y capaz de sobrevivir
Y así, a costa de
De ficción y arte
Disolver
Desapercibido para el mar
Mientras el tiempo se come la evidencia que queda
Que incluso participamos
