Half Mast Pride
A flag flies half mast, a nation stands in mourning
A nation quickly gripped with fear, it came without a warning
How could this have happened? What brought this hatred to a head?
A nation built on freedom yet the innocent lie dead
Across the sea- a war, the fires are still burning
And still the endless onslaught, the sound of bombs returning
Here we're safe at home free from civil war and strife
But tell that to the unborn who's mother took his life
First World nation liberty, In God we trust
Flags held high!
Violence, corrupted politics, on we march
Half Mast Pride!
A flag flies at half mast, the flag that's in my heart
This was once a Godly country, but now it's torn apart
There's killing in our schools, killing in our streets
They're killing the unborn, is there no retreat?
This is a blessed country, I know it could be worse
But I don't like the way they want to separate the Church
Founded on the truth, one nation under God
If you take out that foundation, some day we're gonna fall

Una nación construida en libertad pero los inocentes yacen muertos
Al otro lado del mar, una guerra, los fuegos aún arden
Y aún el interminable ataque, el sonido de las bombas regresando
Aquí estamos seguros en casa, libres de guerra civil y conflictos
Pero dile eso al no nacido cuya madre le quitó la vida
Nación del Primer Mundo, libertad, en Dios confiamos
¡Banderas en alto!
Violencia, política corrupta, seguimos adelante
¡Orgullo a Media Asta!
Una bandera ondea a media asta, la bandera que está en mi corazón
Este solía ser un país de Dios, pero ahora está destrozado
Hay matanza en nuestras escuelas, matanza en nuestras calles
Están matando a los no nacidos, ¿no hay retirada?
Este es un país bendecido, sé que podría ser peor
Pero no me gusta la forma en que quieren separar la Iglesia
Fundada en la verdad, una nación bajo Dios
Si quitas esa base, algún día caeremos
