"I spent a few days with an old friend from Virginia. They were filled with laughter and tears and a lot of coffee. After he left I was thinking about who he was now and who he was when I met him. I knew that he had so much to offer the world around him but because of past wounds he didn't feel he had the strength within himself. The day after he left I was in the studio with Paul Moak (co-producer) and we found ourselves talking about my friend and what he was going through..45 mutes later we wrote "Deeper Side of You"" - Phillip LaRue

"Pasé unos días con un viejo amigo de Virginia. Estuvieron llenos de risas y lágrimas y mucho café. Después de que se fue, estaba pensando en quién era ahora y quién era cuando lo conocí. Sabía que tenía mucho que ofrecer al mundo que lo rodeaba, pero debido a heridas pasadas, no sentía que tuviera la fuerza dentro de sí mismo. Al día siguiente de que se fue, estaba en el estudio con Paul Moak (coproductor) y nos encontramos hablando sobre mi amigo y lo que estaba pasando... 45 minutos después escribimos 'Más Profundo Dentro de Ti'" - Phillip LaRue
