Cuando niño quería tener la edad
en que todo se puede lograr
me llené de ilusiones y partí
por la vida a buscar la verdad
ya empezaba a planificar.
Luego vino la hora de descubrir
que no todo sería feliz
que el futuro lo iba a ganar
con esfuerzo y sin improvisar
y para eso hay que planificar.
Y se fue la niñez y ahora estoy aquí
enredado con la juventud
esperando que pueda llegar al fin
ese tiempo que tanto soñé.
Y hoy quiero darle su lugar
a este momento y no pensar en nada más

pues se que pronto se irá
la juventud que ahora tengo y que no volverá.
