Tenemos bien escondido
En un islote de la ibera,
Una gran base espacial
Oculta de los espias.
Una horqueta de niandubay
Que nos llenara de gloria
Tiraremos el ondazo
Mas potente de la histora!.
Con esa gomera grandota
Tirada por cinco mulas,
En una pelota de cuero
Mandamo tre gaucho a la luna.
Tunicho y cresencio reguera,
El bigotudo y candoroso laguna.
Entre revuelo de poncho y melena
La pelota de cuero va llegando a la luna...
The Leather Ball
We have well hidden
On an islet of the Ibera,
A great space base
Hidden from the spies.
A fork of niandubay
That will fill us with glory
We will throw the strongest
Ondazo in history!
With that big slingshot
Pulled by five mules,
In a leather ball
We send three gauchos to the moon.
Tunicho and Cresencio Reguera,
The mustached and candoroso Laguna.
Amidst the commotion of poncho and mane
The leather ball is reaching the moon...
