Blind participation
out of fear we've abandoned our relation
to the world that we call home. we go about
in our ignorant ways, complaining about
the problems in which we blindly
participate. I won't take part in our decay.
there will be change! at the thought
of attempting change, we fear the loss
of our material ways. ignorance is always the easiest way, but in our hearts and minds we know that we need change.
Participación ciega
Por miedo hemos abandonado nuestra relación
con el mundo que llamamos hogar. Seguimos
nuestro camino ignorante, quejándonos
de los problemas en los que participamos ciegamente.
No tomaré parte en nuestra decadencia.
¡Habrá cambio! Al pensar
en intentar el cambio, tememos la pérdida
de nuestras formas materiales. La ignorancia siempre es el camino más fácil, pero en nuestros corazones y mentes sabemos que necesitamos cambio.
