Distant Land
the sunset sky fills my eyes
green mystery in the stars
reflecting lights show a land
dark and strange at water's edge
what have i found on this shore
a distant land far beyond
a sound of sighs fills the air
caressing me with a velvet sound
a thousand lights fill the sky
a silver band across my eyes
the dancing waves stir the sand
they're pulling me to that distant land

el cielo del atardecer llena mis ojos
misterio verde en las estrellas
luces reflejadas muestran una tierra
oscura y extraña en el borde del agua
¿qué he encontrado en esta orilla
una tierra distante más allá
un sonido de suspiros llena el aire
acariciándome con un sonido aterciopelado
mil luces llenan el cielo
una banda plateada a través de mis ojos
las olas bailarinas agitan la arena
me están atrayendo hacia esa tierra distante
