In The Last Place Of The World

Ricardo Montaner

En El Último Lugar Del Mundo

Me sobra el Sol del campo
Me sobra la Luna desnuda
Me sobra el deseo
Me sobra el manantial
Y mi libro de Neruda
Si no tengo tus labios para sentirlos
Me sobra todo

Me sobran motivos tristes
Me sobran canciones de melancolía
Me sobra un día de cada semana
Y sobro yo

In The Last Place Of The World

The Sun of the countryside is too much for me
The naked Moon is too much for me
Desire is too much for me
The spring is too much for me
And my book of Neruda
If I don't have your lips to feel them
I have too much

I have too many sad reasons
I have too many melancholy songs
I have one day too many each week
And I'm too much
If I make a tear fall
And it comes out of your eyes

In the last place of the world
After the mountain range
I would hide the words
In my poems if you left
In the last place of the world
In every piece of land
I would scatter my tears
So you could find my trace

The landscape is too much for me
The round trips are too much for me
The air is too much for me, the eyes are too much for me
And the little sense
Life is too much for me if you don't live it
I have too much

And in the last place of the world
After the mountain range
I would hide my words
In my poems if you left
And in the last place of the world
In every piece of land
I would scatter my tears
So you could find my trace
