Evergreen Shore
Troubles and trials often betray those,
On in the weary body to stray.
But we shall walk beside the still waters,
With the Good Shepherd leading the way.
Those who have strayed were sought by The Master;
He who once gave His life for the sheep.
Out on the mountain, still He is searching:
Bringing them in forever to keep.
Going up home to live in green pastures,
Where we shall live and die never more.
Even The Lord will be in that number,
When we shall reach that heavenly shore.

Los problemas y las pruebas a menudo traicionan a aquellos,
En el cuerpo cansado para vagar.
Pero caminaremos junto a las aguas tranquilas,
Con el Buen Pastor guiando el camino.
Aquellos que se han extraviado fueron buscados por El Maestro;
Él que una vez dio su vida por las ovejas.
En la montaña, todavía está buscando:
Trayéndolos para siempre para guardarlos.
Subiendo a casa para vivir en praderas verdes,
Donde viviremos y nunca más moriremos.
Incluso El Señor estará en ese número,
Cuando alcancemos esa costa celestial.
