Para la madre que lloraun embarazo inesperado
Para el hijo que fue herido por un pasado demasiado pesado
Para el que perdió familia
Para el que perdió un amigo
Para el que recibe un diagnóstico cruel como enemigo
Para el que lucha con deudas, con dolor, con enfermedad mortal
Para el que fue abusado, marcado por un acto infernal
Escucha, alma cansada
No estás sola en este lugar
Hay Uno que camina contigo
Y nunca te va a dejar
Cuando el mundo te dé la espalda
Y la gente ya no esté
Jesús dice suavemente
No temas, porque Yo estoy con usted
Solo Jesús
Abre caminos donde ya no queda luz
Sana heridas que el alma no puede ocultar
Cuando todos te dijeron no
Él te abraza y dice
Ven, porque aunque todo se derrumbe
Mi amor permanece fiel
Para el corazón roto por un desamor que lo dejó vacío
Para el que duerme con miedo y se despierta con frío
Para el que siente que la vida no tiene ya sentido
Jesús te llama por tu nombre
Y te dice: Yo nunca te he perdido
Para el que grita por dentro sin que nadie le responda
Para el joven que piensa rendirse, que su vida ya no importa
Para la mujer que carga culpas que no le pertenecen
Para el hombre que en su cuarto llora porque no amanece
Jesús dice
Vengan a mí los cansados y agobiados y yo les daré descanso
Él no te juzga, Él no te acusa, Él no señala tu pasado
Él te cubre con su gracia y te levanta del quebrado
Aunque tu alma esté en ruinas
Aunque tu historia se atormenta
Aunque el dolor sea montaña
Jesús siempre llega y entra
Él camina entre tus lágrimas
Las recoge una por una
Él promete: Yo estoy contigo
Aunque se esconda la Luna
Él no llega tarde
Él llega justo cuando tu corazón ya no puede más
Porque donde el mundo ve final
Jesús ve un nuevo comenzar
Dios dice
No te dejaré ni te desampararé
No morirás, sino que vivirás
He visto tus lágrimas
Tengo planes de bien para ti
Para el que fue violentado: No fue tu culpa
Para el que siente vergüenza, Cristo te cubre
Para el que vive en tormento de romper cadenas
Para el que no se siente amado
Él te ama con amor eterno

For the one receiving a cruel diagnosis like an enemy
For the one struggling with debt, with pain, with a terminal illness
For the one who was abused, marked by a hellish act
Listen, weary soul
You’re not alone in this place
There’s One who walks with you
And will never leave you
When the world turns its back on you
And people are no longer there
Jesus gently says
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you
Only Jesus
Opens paths where there’s no light left
Heals wounds that the soul can’t hide
When everyone told you no
He embraces you and says
Come, for even if everything crumbles
My love remains faithful
For the broken hearted by a love that left it empty
For the one who sleeps in fear and wakes up cold
For the one who feels life has no meaning anymore
Jesus calls you by your name
And says: I have never lost you
For the one who screams inside with no one to respond
For the young person thinking of giving up, feeling their life doesn’t matter
For the woman carrying guilt that isn’t hers
For the man who cries in his room because dawn doesn’t come
Jesus says
Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest
He doesn’t judge you, He doesn’t accuse you, He doesn’t point out your past
He covers you with His grace and lifts you from the broken
Even if your soul is in ruins
Even if your story torments you
Even if the pain is a mountain
Jesus always arrives and enters
He walks among your tears
Collects them one by one
He promises: I am with you
Even when the Moon hides
He’s never late
He arrives just when your heart can’t take it anymore
Because where the world sees an end
Jesus sees a new beginning
God says
I will not leave you or forsake you
You will not die, but live
I have seen your tears
I have plans for your good
For the one who was violated: It wasn’t your fault
For the one who feels shame, Christ covers you
For the one living in torment to break chains
For the one who doesn’t feel loved
He loves you with everlasting love
Only Jesus
Opens paths where there’s no light left
Heals wounds that the soul can’t hide
He lifts you from the dust
Gives you strength to live
When you say: I can’t take it anymore
He responds with you: I am here
Only Jesus, only Jesus
The way out, the hope
The embrace, the truth
Only Jesus
The one who died for you
The one who conquered the darkness
If your night is long
He is the dawn
If your pain breaks you
He makes you whole again
If you can’t breathe anymore
He gives you life once more
Because it doesn’t matter
How great the wound is
There will always be a way out
And that way out is Jesus
