I can see it all so clearly
the innocence has been and gone

do you believe in Jesus Christ?
or do you believe in your own device?
what do you believe?
and everyday we cry and laugh
and treat it all so well
we negotiate, we discriminate
we take care of our own world
you tire of mediocrity
treat it all as your stepping stone
but when will you be happy again?
