Creating Our Sins
sitting beside the mirror
looking at the face he's always known
all he sees is a shadow of himself
an image covered in scars
pain, suffering, all he's ever had
pain, suffering, all he'll ever know
he was the object of his parent's fighting
their aggressions always turned to him
he had no outlet to his feelings
and so he turned to his inner self
the pain got stronger every day
until there was no way to stop it
the natural way of conformity
is to mold each child to society's needs
but this system can't fit everyone
each individual will always be different
reality is morbidity
reality is insanity
society creating reality
society ignoring humanity
we are creating our sins
Creando Nuestros Pecados
sentado junto al espejo
mirando la cara que siempre ha conocido
todo lo que ve es una sombra de sí mismo
una imagen cubierta de cicatrices
dolor, sufrimiento, todo lo que ha tenido
dolor, sufrimiento, todo lo que conocerá
fue el objeto de las peleas de sus padres
sus agresiones siempre se volvían hacia él
no tenía salida para sus sentimientos
y así se volvió hacia su yo interno
el dolor se hizo más fuerte cada día
hasta que no hubo forma de detenerlo
la forma natural de conformidad
es moldear a cada niño a las necesidades de la sociedad
pero este sistema no puede encajar con todos
cada individuo siempre será diferente
la realidad es morbosidad
la realidad es insanidad
la sociedad creando realidad
la sociedad ignorando humanidad
estamos creando nuestros pecados
