I’m powered by nature,
Weak, but strong i stand
Before the force of elements
Of this wild and wondrous land.
I’m powered by nature,
And the mystery it hides
The rain and sun encircles
A synthesis of light.
I’m powered by the miracle
Of the newborn budding rose
To see that spring of bloom
And everything that grows.
I’m powered by the forest
Walking in the green,
Where i can smell the earth
And drink the water clean.
I’m powered by rivers,
Running wild, running free
From the highest mountain
Down to the deep-blue sea.
I’m powered by the oceans
That calls my yearning heart
To reach for the horizon
Far beyond afar.
I’m powered by snow
That covers all in white
And lets summer sleep
And slumber through the night.
I’m powered by darkness
In the long winter night
When i see a glimpse
Of the faring northern lights.
I’m powered by stars
On the endless sky
Light years from the earth,
Much closer when i fly.
But even if i soar
In poems and songs
I must always return
To where my heart belongs.
I’m powered by moonlight
Eternal ebb and flow
The rhythm of the nature
Running through my blood.
I’m powered by the seasons
Winter, spring, summer, and fall
The ever-changing colours
And the beauty of them all.
I’m powered by sun
Shining down on me
And i am like a flower
Absorbing energy.
I’m powered by wind
Blowing through my hair
I’m breathing life,
Breathing clean, fresh air.
I’m powered by mountains
They make me feel so small,
So i can seize the wonder
And the greatness of it all.
I know i’m not alone
Here on planet earth
I know i’m a part
Of that great universe.

Impulsado por la Naturaleza
Soy impulsado por la naturaleza,
Débil, pero fuerte me mantengo
Ante la fuerza de los elementos
De esta tierra salvaje y maravillosa.
Soy impulsado por la naturaleza,
Y el misterio que esconde
La lluvia y el sol rodean
Una síntesis de luz.
Soy impulsado por el milagro
Del capullo de rosa recién nacido
Ver esa primavera de florecimiento
Y todo lo que crece.
Soy impulsado por el bosque
Caminando en el verde,
Donde puedo oler la tierra
Y beber el agua limpia.
Soy impulsado por los ríos,
Corriendo salvajes, corriendo libres
Desde la montaña más alta
Hasta el mar azul profundo.
Soy impulsado por los océanos
Que llaman a mi corazón anhelante
Para alcanzar el horizonte
Mucho más allá de lejos.
Soy impulsado por la nieve
Que cubre todo de blanco
Y deja que el verano duerma
Y duerma a través de la noche.
Soy impulsado por la oscuridad
En la larga noche de invierno
Cuando veo un destello
De las luces del norte que viajan.
Soy impulsado por las estrellas
En el cielo interminable
Años luz de la tierra,
Mucho más cerca cuando vuelo.
Pero incluso si me elevo
En poemas y canciones
Siempre debo regresar
A donde pertenece mi corazón.
Soy impulsado por la luz de la luna
Eterno flujo y reflujo
El ritmo de la naturaleza
Corriendo por mis venas.
Soy impulsado por las estaciones
Invierno, primavera, verano y otoño
Los colores siempre cambiantes
Y la belleza de todos ellos.
Soy impulsado por el sol
Brillando sobre mí
Y soy como una flor
Absorbiendo energía.
Soy impulsado por el viento
Soplando a través de mi cabello
Respirando vida,
Respirando aire limpio y fresco.
Soy impulsado por las montañas
Me hacen sentir tan pequeño,
Así puedo apreciar la maravilla
Y la grandeza de todo.
Sé que no estoy solo
Aquí en el planeta tierra
Sé que soy parte
De ese gran universo.
