There was a time you were once full of darkness, but now you have become light
Therefore, let the light guide your steps
For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true
And discern what brings pleasure to the Creator
Take no part in worthless deeds of wickedness, but instead expose them
It is disgusting even to speak of the things that are done in the dark
But the light will reveal the true nature of darkness
For anything exposed becomes visible, and anything that is visible is light
Therefore it is told
Awake! O sleeper
Rise from the dead
And Christ will shine on you

Hubo un tiempo en el que estuviste una vez lleno de oscuridad, pero ahora te has convertido en luz
Por lo tanto, deja que la luz guíe tus pasos
Porque esta luz dentro de vosotros produce sólo lo que es bueno, correcto y verdadero
Y discernir lo que trae placer al Creador
No tomes parte en actos inservibles de maldad, sino expóngalos
Es repugnante incluso hablar de las cosas que se hacen en la oscuridad
Pero la luz revelará la verdadera naturaleza de la oscuridad
Porque cualquier cosa expuesta se hace visible, y todo lo que es visible es luz
Por lo tanto, se dice
¡Despierta! O durmiente
Levantarse de entre los muertos
Y Cristo brillará sobre ti
