Son las 5 de la mañana
Comienza el cantar de los gallos
El trinar de los pajaritos, el alba
Comienza a asomar, sus destellos
De luz que anuncia que ya hay que despertar Bis
Es sabroso poder sentir que un nuevo día
Llega y darle gracias a Dios por ello
Levantarse, sentir el aroma fresco
Del mastranto húmedo, del olor a leche
Recién ordeñada, el cafecito caliente
Con leche y una buena paledonia
Desayunar unas cachapas con queso de mano
Y poder ir con energía a trabajar o estudiar
Sentir que el día que comienza
Es mas bello que el de ayer
Y un poco menos bello que el de mañana

Soy agradecido con Dios, por el nuevo día que me regala
No importa las adversidades que tenga
Se que con voluntad, dedicación, esmero y fe
Lo voy a vencer, el éxito no es del que se siente
Derrotado, sino del que ve la adversidad
Como oportunidad de superación
Son las 5 de la mañana, doy gracias a Dios

It's delightful to feel that a new day
Is coming and to thank God for it
To get up, feel the fresh scent
Of the damp mastranto, the smell of milk
Freshly milked, the hot coffee
With milk and a good paledonia
Having breakfast with cachapas and hand cheese
And being able to go to work or study with energy
Feeling that the day that begins
Is more beautiful than yesterday
And a little less beautiful than tomorrow
